I’m an environmental scientist and wildlife photographer on a mission to share stories about nature and wildlife. I believe that visual storytelling is the key to sparking curiosity and respect for our wild world. I’ve adventured far and wide, from the jungles of the Amazon Rainforest to the freezing waters of the Arctic Ocean, all in the hopes of sharing stories that can protect our incredible wildlife in danger of disappearing.

mama and baby humpback whales under the cathedral lighting of south pacific waters. these two were so curious and playful, they came by to interact with us over and over again for an entire morning. it was such a rare and special day on the water

i'll admit i cried when i saw them - a mama and baby black rhino. they're one of the most critically endangered species in the world and it was always a dream of mine to see one in the wild, especially since illegal poaching has crushed their populat

we found this spooky little guy while exploring ranthambore national park earlier this year. we couldn't find any wild tigers or leopards that day, but seeing such an angry baby owl definitely made up for it (he still haunts me in my dreams)
